-Commissioners will receive one .PNG/.GIF file of the artwork.
-I do not provide original files to commissioners. (Commissioned artwork containing individual layers of my work and the like.)
-I do not provide progress photos for smaller commissions (commissions priced less than 100$) unless requested.
-If you prefer me not to post your commission, please inform me before paying. Otherwise, my commissions are posted publicly.
-If you want/need your commission done by a certain date, you must let me know before payment. Due dates may require an additional fee.
-I may decline commissions without proper reference images. If there’s no reference image then it will be charged with a design fee (20$-$50+)
-Requesting changes to artwork after the line art is complete will be charged a fee (ranging from $5-$20+)
-I will always have my signature on my artwork. You do not have the right to remove my signature from my work.PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE COMMISSIONS
-Physical commissions such as charm commissions will receive one .PNG and physical merchandise of said artwork in the quantity specified.
-All sales are final. If your charm is broken, send me a picture and I will replace it for you. I unfortunately cannot replace any charms lost in the mail. I will help contact the postal service offices to help locate any packages lost in transit.RIGHTS
-I reserve the rights and copyrights to all my artwork produced. Any artwork commissioned can be used in the future for examples and advertisement.
-My art may not be used for commercial profit.
-My art may not be used for NFTs.
-My art may not be edited, revised, or tampered with in any way.
-Any art I provide for you may be used as icons, wallpapers, badges, etc - with proper credit back to any one of my accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, ect.)
-I reserve the right to decline any commission.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
-All prices are listed in USD.
-I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Square as valid forms of payment.
-I do not do payment plans unless the order is over 100$.
-Payment is accepted upfront and in full at the time of commission unless otherwise negotiated.
-If a commission has not been started you may get a full refund.
-Refund requests on commissions over 100$ will incur a fee of 10% of the total cost.
-Filing a chargeback will incur a fee up to 35$ per chargeback.
-If work has begun, then the client is subject to a partial refund up until the lining and coloring phase.
-Once the commission has begun being lined, refunds are non-negotiable.
-Completed commissions are nonrefundable.WILL DRAW

Here are examples of some of my favorites I'm looking for:

Rules & Info- I accept cards at 70% of their value.
- Cards must be mailed with proper protection.
- Cards must be mailed with tracking.
- I will sketch your commission before mailed, and will complete it once I receive the cards.
- Cards can be in almost any condition and will be valued accordingly.
- I only accept English cards except for Japanese exclusives.
